<li>Customer Service</li>
<li>Product knowledge on banking products</li>
<li>Provide guidance on financial advice</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues and complaints</li>
<li>Selling banking products</li>
</ul>
