About the Role
As our Corporate Receptionist Trainee, you will be the face of the business, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors. Working in a dynamic, corporate environment, you will develop essential office and administrative skills, including:
✔ Managing front-of-house reception duties
✔ Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
✔ Organising and forwarding client correspondence
✔ Assisting with data entry and maintaining client records
✔ Supporting secretarial and administrative tasks
✔ Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Previous customer service experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
