About the Role
As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members every step of the way.
You’ll gain experience in:
- Packaging products
- Operating production machinery
- Assisting with setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment
- Completing quality checks and documentation
- Following safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
