ARCway Careers are currently recruiting for Entry Level Office Administration jobs located in and around Sydney CBD – no experience required!

This opportunity is a BUSINESS TRAINEESHIP where you will work Full Time (Mon-Fri), complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business, and get paid simultaneously!

Our clients are well-established and reputable companies across various industries such as the Legal, Insurance and Finance sectors. They are Medium to large-sized businesses with fantastic career progression opportunities.  

At the end of the 12-month program, many of our trainees are accepted into full-time positions with their Host Employer!

Duties can include:

  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
  • General administration and office support
  • Scanning and filing documents and
  • Data entry and maintaining systems
  • Ordering supplies and/or catering needs.

Skills & Experience

  • General computer skills
  • No previous office experience needed
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
