Westpac is seeking young and ambitious First Nations youth to join our team as a Retail Banking Trainee. These full-time traineeship opportunities offer a unique chance to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in the finance industry.

Position: First Nations- Retail Banking Traineeship  

Type: Full-time Traineeship (12 months duration)

Qualification: Fee-free Certificate III in Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their banking needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using banking systems
• Collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver excellent service
