This new role requires NO OFFICE EXPERIENCE! These business opportunities are perfect for juniors who have recently completed high school and are looking to get a head start in their career!
You will work full-time (Mon-Fri) in an office environment gaining hands-on, practical experience and you will also complete a NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION online during working hours! Most importantly, you will GET PAID all at the same time!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Administration, data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide excellent customer service
- Onboarding new clients
- Distributing and following up on invoices
- Following up on other documentation from external stakeholders
Successful candidates will need to be:
- Confident in their written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about customer service and have previously worked in customer service in either hospitality or retail
- Organised and can manage their time effectively
- A team player
