About the Role:
Junior Collections Trainee

You’ll support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients by:

Manage inbound enquiries relating to overdue accounts

Work with customers to arrange payments and resolve balances

Maintain accurate account and payment records

Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding payments

Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution
