As part of the Sales team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Making high-volume outbound calls (up to 100 a day!) to new business leads
- Following up inbound enquiries and assisting with loan applications
- Gathering and managing customer documentation
- Updating client records using CRM systems
- Performing welcome calls for new customers
- Connecting leads with the right Account Manager
- Supporting the sales process from start to finish
