<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>As the Vehicle Estimator, you will play a key role in the repair process, assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate quotes, liaising with insurers and ensuring repairs are commercially and operationally efficient from start to finish.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy workshop environment, has strong industry knowledge and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes for both customers and the business.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Assess damaged vehicles both in-person and via photos/images</li>
<li>Prepare accurate repair estimates and determine appropriate repair methods</li>
<li>Liaise with insurance assessors and manage approvals throughout the process</li>
<li>Ensure labour times, repair costs and parts requirements are commercially viable</li>
<li>Order parts and coordinate approved job bookings</li>
<li>Review active repairs for any labour or parts variations</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records within internal systems</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, suppliers and workshop teams</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will bring strong estimating experience along with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.</p>
<p>You will ideally have:</p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Previous experience as an Automotive or Vehicle Estimator / a qualified Panel Beater seeking a change in their career</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of repair methods, vehicle parts and labour costing</li>
<li>Experience working with insurers and repair approvals</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability</li>
<li>The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently</li>
<li>A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality outcomes</li>
