<p data-end="374" data-start="301">You’ll get real hands-on experience while working with a supportive team and also given the opportunity to complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification – Certificate 3 in Business.</p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound calls and respond to online enquiries</li>
<li>Maintain and update the customer database (CRM)</li>
<li>Keep customers informed on order status and support the sales process</li>
<li>Assist with stock control and coordination of deliveries and transfers</li>
<li>Support accounts tasks including invoices, payments, and account setup</li>
<li>Provide general admin support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks</li>
</ul>
