<p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p>

<li>Previous customer service experience is essential</li>
<li>Strong interest in pursuing a career in banking and financial services</li>
<li>Available to work a full-time work week for 12 months</li>
<li>Willing to complete a Certificate III in Financial Services (qualification is fee-free)</li>
<li>A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Learn KYC Identify Verification processes</li>
<li>Support onboarding and maintain compliance</li>
<li>Build key customer & stakeholder relationships</li>
<li>Gain skills in risk management and regulations</li>
<li>Get hands-on experience in the banking sector</li>
